About this download

Things to keep in mind before performing the update

If you try to install Ver. 5.00 without updating to Ver. 1.05, an error will occur and you will not be able to update your camera.
  • This update is only available for memory cards. Windows and macOS versions are not provided.
  • You can download the software update using the Creators' App available in the App Store and Google Play.
  • We suspended the Ver. 5.00 software release on 13-09-2024 due to some products failing to update. However, after taking the necessary measures, we resumed the release on 09-10-2024. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. If your camera successfully updated to Ver. 5.00, you may continue using it without issue. (Added on 09-10-2024)
