Why am I unable to play BD title file in WinDVD BD and Power DVD?

For WinDVD (Applies only for models with WinDVD installed)

1. Click Start 

2. Click Control Panel

3. Click Clock,Language,and Region tab

4. Under Region and Language, Click on Change the date, time or number format   
2. Change Format to English.

For PowerDVD (Applies only for models with PowerDVD installed)
1. Click Start

2. Click All Programs

3. Click CyberLink PowerDVD

4. In the Settings tab/icon, Click on Blu-ray Disk

5. Change settings under User defined to United States. 

(Select the correct country of purchase for BD Title)
