Windows Update Installation Failure 80240020

The Windows Update Installation Failure 80240020 error message occurs if you try to perform the Windows 10 upgrade before being notified, and when one or more applications or disk utilities need to be uninstalled before upgrading. This update failure will be logged in the Windows Update history and will show that this is just an effect of the upgrade rollout process. Computers that get this error message will also receive instructions on how to fix it when they perform the upgrade.

It is strongly recommended that you WAIT to install the Windows 10 upgrade  until all the drivers are made available from Sony, and until your computer receives a notification from Microsoft that your computer is ready to upgrade.
