How to create a Microsoft account in order to purchase an application in Windows 8?
- From Start screen, select Store app.
- Launch the Charms by placing the cursor on the top right hand or bottom right hand corner.
- Select Settings.
- Select Your Account.
- Select Sign in.
- Select Sign up for a Microsoft account.
- Fill in the required information to create the account.
- Select Accept.
- Navigate to your email inbox to verify your account.
- Navigate back to Start screen by pressing the <windows> key.
- Select Store app.
- Select Sign in.
- Input your email address and password. You are now signed in with your new Microsoft Account.
- Select Add payment method.
- Enter the required payment information and then select Submit.
- Payment and billing information is now completed. User can now purchase application in Windows Store.
