Clean up Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.

To clean up Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panels
3. Click Network and Internet
4. Click Internet Options
5. Click the General tab
6. Click Delete under Browsing history
7. Confirm “Temporary Internet files and website files” and “Cookies and website data” is checked
8. Click Delete
