When I input a command "format a:" to format a 720Kb (3.5") floppy disk with MS-DOS (DOS command prompt), I read an error message, "Invalid media or Track 0 bad - disk unusable", and I cannot format the disk.
In MS-DOS prompt, type "format a:/f:720".
You cannot format a 720Kb (3.5") floppy disk with the ordinary format command.
When you format the 720Kb (3.5") floppy disk with MS-DOS, you need to type "format a:/f:720".
