    * In Windows Vista, when the running program stops responding, it can be terminated by force without affecting the whole system or other programs. If the program cannot be terminated normally or the system stops responding, it is necessary to end the program by force

    * When the program is terminated by force, unsaved data in the program may be lost. If the program stops responding frequently after some program and other equipments are installed, it might be caused by these newly installed items.

    * Check that the program and other equipments used are compatible with VAIO.
    1.Right-click the Task column button, and click the Task Manager in the context menu.


    2. Select the program to end from the list and click End Task.
