Why doesn't the browser display the correct characters in the Web page?

A. The browser does not support other languages.
B. The browser does not display the correct characters of the Web contents.

To enable support for multiple languages in the respective Windows environment, please follow the steps below.

A. In Windows 2000 environment
Install the language pack with the following steps to display the appropriate language of the Web page you want to view.
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the menu bar, click View, point to Encoding, point to More and select the language.
3. On the Language pack installation box, click Install.
4. When asked to insert Windows 2000 Professional CD-ROM, type C:\i386 in the location text field box and click OK.
6. Restart the computer when prompted.

B. In Windows Me environment
