How do I configure a language in Windows 8?

The Windows 8 operating system supports 109 different languages and allows the end user to change to a preferred language by performing the following steps:

1. Launch the Search charm by pressing <windows> key + C.
2. Select Search. 
    
3. Select Control Panel. 
    
4. Select Add a language.
   
5. Select Add a language. 
   
6. Select the desired language.
   
7. Select Options.
    
8. Select Download and install language pack. The download of the language pack will begin.
9. Select Primary language.
