What to do when the program hangs up in Windows Vista?

    Force the program to end
     
    In Windows Vista, when the running program hangs up, it can be terminated by force without affecting the whole system or other programs.
     
    If the program can not be terminated normally or the system hangs up, it is necessary to end the program by force.
    Please refer to the following steps.
    When the program is terminated by force, you may lose any unsaved data in the program.
    Furthermore, if the program hangs frequently after program and other equipments are installed, it might be caused by these newly installed items.
    Please make sure whether the program and other equipments used are compatible with VAIO.
     
    1.Right-click the Task column button, and then click the Task manager in the context menu.


    2.When the running program appears, choose the program you want to end from the list and click End Task button.
